The Old Victorian Tea Room
This was held at The Old Victorian Tea Room, Glazebury near Warrington and organised by the owner of the tea rooms to raise money for the Marie Curie cancer charity. Keith Wright gave a talk and ‘Alice’ for the evening was Alice Rainford (lsee image below) who presided over the events. Miss Rainford also did the drawings at the top of this page which were auctioned off on the night.
